Terms of Use

1. The Service

MY-T-HUB is a SaaS platform operated by BACOYO Ltd (United Kingdom) that enables e-commerce sellers and dropshippers to connect to wholesale suppliers via SFTP, process product data, apply pricing markup rules, and export formatted product feeds.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MY-T-HUB
• You must be operating as a business or sole trader — MY-T-HUB is a B2B platform
• Your account must be approved by our team before you can access the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account with any other person or entity
• You must notify us immediately at info@mythub.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Trial Period

• Approved accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access
• No credit card is required to start the trial
• At the end of the trial you must subscribe to continue using the platform

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance: Basic £10/mo, Pro £29/mo, Enterprise £99/mo
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by UK consumer law

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use MY-T-HUB to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Use the platform to process data you do not have lawful authority to process
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

6. Supplier Credentials and Data

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect to any supplier SFTP server you configure in the platform
• MY-T-HUB stores your supplier credentials encrypted and uses them only to perform the SFTP connections you initiate
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the product data you process and export

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the MY-T-HUB platform, including software, design, and documentation, are owned by BACOYO Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the product data you upload and export through the platform.

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim to maintain 99.9% platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, BACOYO Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of MY-T-HUB, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in that period.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms
• We may terminate the platform with 30 days written notice to all subscribers
• On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
